THERAPY FOR ADULTS, COUPLES & TEENS
Everyone needs help at some point in their lives. You may feel like something needs to change, but not know exactly what it is or where to begin. You may be struggling with painful feelings of loneliness, depression, anger, grief or anxiety and feel scared that you will always feel this way. You may find yourself choosing the same type of painful relationship over and over again and need help finding a healthy one that works. You may be struggling with your own feelings of self acceptance and want to learn how to love yourself more fully.
Therapy can be a very powerful tool to create change. Therapists can provide support, problem-solving skills, and enhanced coping strategies for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, unresolved childhood issues, stress management, struggles with self-esteem and creative blocks. Many people also find that therapy can be a tremendous asset to aid in personal growth and improve their relationships. I bring a strong sense of compassion to my work as a therapist and strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space so that we can work together to begin getting clarification on what you would like to be different in your life and how to get you there.
If you think therapy may benefit you in some way, please feel free to contact me to learn more. Therapy can be a deeply personal and rewarding experience and I believe that it is essential for you to feel comfortable and safe with your therapist. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so that you can decide if I am a good fit for you.
